Tocador: el sueño de cualquier mujer

Seguro que alguna vez habéis soñado con tener un tocador como esos que salen en las películas. Yo desde luego que lo sueño a diario y creo que tengo que comenzar a poner en marcha ya este sueño que me ha acompañado desde niña. Y como lo quiero compartir con vosotras os voy a ir enseñando ideas para decorar con tocadores ideales nuestros dormitorios.

¿QUÉ ES UN TOCADOR?

Imagino que todas sabréis lo que es realmente un tocador. Lo cierto es que su propio nombre da las claves de su uso. Antiguamente tenía muchos más usos, pero hoy solemos arreglarnos en el cuarto de baño y por este motivo, los tocadores ya no son tan utilizados. Por norma general, se usaban para que la mujer se acicalase en cualquier momento. Frente al espejo de este mueble se peinaban, se perfumaban y se maquillaban. En la actualidad, casi todas las mujeres hacemos esto frente al espejo del baño. Pero ¿no me digáis que no estaría mejor hacerlo cómodamente sentadas delante de un espejo bien iluminado?

Muchas de nosotras no nos arriesgamos a apostar por el tocador porque puede parecer complicado colocarlo en el dormitorio. Al final hay que encontrar un hueco a un mueble más y puede parecer algo difícil. No obstante, una gran opción es optar por uno de estos tocadores sencillos y estrechos. La función es la misma y no ocuparán mucho espacio. A mí, los más modernos y sencillos son los que más me gustan, desde luego. Y para sentarte, una simple banqueta bajita será genial.

Otra posibilidad es recurrir al tocador clásico, de estilo vintage. Este tipo de muebles son los que más vamos a encontrar si buscamos tocadores. Y es que la realidad es que son los más fieles a los antiguos muebles de tocador. Suelen ser en tonos blancos, con espejos ovalados y con formas realmente retro. No obstante, un tocador no deja de ser más que una mesa con un espejo y un asiento. Así que cualquier pieza de mobiliario que vaya en este sentido es una buena idea para conseguir lo que vamos buscando.
